If you are having issues with our web app, making a fresh installation will fix most issues. You would simply need to clear your browser cache (web activity) for OUINO and reinstall the program. This can be done in only 3 steps in Chrome:
1. Copy chrome://settings/content/all and paste it in your URL bar.
2. Locate “ouinolanguages.com” and click on the little “garbage bin” icon on the right.
3. Click “Clear” to confirm.
That’s it. Once your cache is cleared, you can reinstall the program. If you are not using Chrome and don’t know how to clear your site data on your browser, simply let us know the browser you are using and we will send you detailed instructions.
