We are aware that some people have had problems with Debit Visa or Debit Mastercard because of the permission on those cards. Although we charge in USD to US customers, we are Canadian and it is therefore a foreign transaction. Foreign transactions are sometimes blocked by those cards. It could be a good idea to call your card company to see if they blocked the transaction. You could also try to pay through PayPal (you do not need an account) or buying the program from Amazon. Here is how you can pay through the PayPal interface…
1. Fill in your information.
2. When you are asked to fill in your credit card information, click on “Checkout with PayPal”.
3. On the PayPal site, click on “Pay with Credit Card or Visa Card”.
4. Fill in your information and click “Pay now”.
5. You will be redirected to the our site and you will receive an email with your purchase information.
